Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of unbub.dev and its Bubble migration products, including database migration, user accounts migration, files and images migration, and any separate custom migration work we agree to provide.
Trademark disclaimer
1. Scope of service
unbub.dev is focused on Bubble migration products. The main product is database migration: recreating your Bubble schema in Postgres, migrating records and Option Sets, preserving relationships, and keeping schema and records aligned through migration workflows. The service also includes related add-ons for user accounts migration into Supabase Auth and files or images migration with updated asset URLs.
The service also includes supporting product flows such as public preview, project configuration, credential storage for supported workflows, and migration-related sync, validation, and troubleshooting features. Separate done-for-you or consulting migration work may be offered only if we agree to that separately in writing.
2. Beta status and service limits
unbub.dev is a beta service. Features may change, break, be delayed, be inaccurate, or be removed at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, migration accuracy, a specific result, or that the service will fit your particular use case.
Migrations, previews, and syncs can be affected by source data quality, third-party outages, API changes, authentication failures, or destination-system constraints. You should review outputs before relying on them in production.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must only use apps, data, files, and credentials that you are authorized to use.
- You are responsible for keeping your account and login methods secure.
- You should back up your destination database, storage, and any production systems involved before running syncs or cutover steps.
- You remain responsible for reviewing migrated outputs before using them in production.
- You are responsible for making sure your use of the service is lawful and permitted in your jurisdiction and under your own agreements.
4. Credentials, data handling, and public preview
We may process credentials, project data, files, user-account mappings, schema information, and operational logs only as reasonably needed to operate the service, run migrations or previews, troubleshoot issues, maintain security, and provide support.
The preview feature may fetch metadata from a public Bubble app URL, such as page names, visible data types, option sets, favicon metadata, and app names. Because that feature only surfaces information that is already publicly reachable, preview results should not be treated as confidential in the same way as authenticated project configuration.
5. Billing and refunds
unbub.dev offers paid per-project products and add-ons. Prices, included functionality, and eligibility rules may change over time.
Except where required by law, fees for paid app products and add-ons are generally non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, approve a refund or credit for a duplicate charge, a clear billing mistake, or another written exception that we expressly approve.
If a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, or fails to settle, we may suspend or revoke related paid entitlements until the issue is resolved.
6. Separate custom services
If we provide custom migration, consulting, implementation, or done-for-you services, the final scope, deliverables, timeline, support, pricing, and any ownership transfer will be defined in the applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice, or other written agreement.
If a separate written service agreement conflicts with these Terms, that written agreement controls for the relevant custom project.
7. Intellectual property
You retain your rights in your apps, data, branding, and other materials you submit to the service. We retain all rights in the unbub.dev platform, software, branding, documentation, workflows, and site content unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
8. Termination and acceptable use
You must not use unbub.dev for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or interference with the service or third-party systems.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, unlawful conduct, security risk, payment failure, or behavior that could harm the service, other users, or third-party systems.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, downtime, corrupted migrations, third-party failures, or production issues arising from your use of or inability to use unbub.dev.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific paid product or custom service giving rise to that claim during the 12 months before the claim arose. If you did not pay for the relevant product or service, our total liability for that claim is capped at EUR 100.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The courts of Portugal will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the service, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
