Isn't migrating on my own with AI cheaper?

It is cheaper upfront. The real question is how much you value your time, your app's data integrity, and the assurance that everything was migrated correctly.
For a simple Bubble app with low data complexity, few relationships, no real users, and low risk if something is wrong, AI-generated scripts can be enough. For production apps, relying on AI alone is usually not the right approach. Even frontier AI models do not understand Bubble internals very well, so you should expect more planning, more iteration, and more risk around relationships, users, files, Option Sets, and Privacy Rules.
So yes, it is cheaper upfront. The tradeoff is how much time, risk, and uncertainty you are willing to own yourself before cutting Bubble out of your stack.

How are my app counts calculated?
We connect directly to your Bubble app and fetch exact row and file counts. Your bundle is whichever limit you hit first: selected rows or selected files. Users and Option Sets are included.

Does the price include Supabase costs?
No, it's billed separately. Supabase has a very generous free tier, so most projects start at no extra cost.
How does resyncing work with my plan?
Resync as often as you want, for free. Only newly created rows and files count against your plan's limit — updates to rows you've already migrated cost nothing. Example: on the Medium plan (100k rows), your first sync creates 60k rows, leaving 40k. You resync later and it creates 10k new rows plus updates 5k existing ones — only the 10k new rows count, leaving 30k. Once you hit 100k total, you'll need to upgrade before syncing more new rows. Custom plans have no cap, so resyncs are unlimited.
How long until I get a custom quote?

What's the difference between the self-serve products and the done-for-you services?
Self-serve gives you one bundled Bubble data migration per app, including database rows, files/images, user accounts, and Option Sets. Done-for-you services are hands-on migrations delivered by our team in partnership with you, whether you need the full data layer moved for you or a complete Bubble-to-code app migration.
